Challenge

Revamp the whole Google Ads approach for AdriaCamps (like booking.com for Croatian campsites) to reach profitability of campaigs (ROAS of 8x at least). After careful review we saw that the campaigns were relying on Google automated biddings and that the structure didn't have flexibility to answer for market demand fluctuations.

Solution

We restructured the whole Google Ads account to have separated mobile and desktop campaigns for each camp (Bottom of the funnel). This enabled to quickly turn off or increase spend to in regards to market demand and supply. Additionally, middle of the funnel campaigns helped PMax to generate massive returns.

Result

After completing the campaign restructure, we saw between 12x and 16x ROAS, which enabled the client to allocate budgets and reach profitability. In the following year, we increased profit by additional 1.820.000 EUR

Challenge

KitOps.ml and Jozu.com are AI/ML tools that help enterprises manage AI/ML projects. KitOps is open source tool that drives the adoption of the Jozu platform. We needed to find the right set of long tail keywords as this is not a mainstream project, select top geographies globally and initially drive downloads and adoption.

Solution

We used SEMRush to find specific long tail keywords like: devops for ai, mlops, mlops platform, ml project pipeline and similar. We created audiences that visit other AI/ML tools, search campaigns and PMax campaigns that sent traffic to KitOps and then convert them by setting up appropriate tracking for downloads.

Result

Within less than a year, we managed to get to 300 downloads weekly / 15.000 downloads in a year which resulted in Jozu raising a Seed investment round in amount of $4.000.000

Challenge

I will describe success building campaigns from scratch for 2 Shopify shops (one electronics, one for supplements) in Germany and scaling ecommerce sales for premium home and gym workout programs in USA and worldwide. Ecommerce started at 0,00 EUR revenue (both shops). One is Sensolite.eu and the other is Muali.de - we've managed to grow Sensolite to 50.000 EUR of revenue within 3 months with 15.000 EUR spend and Muali to 50.000 EUR in revenue with 18.000 spend using both Google and Facebook.

Solution

For TheGoodFitness.com we scaled to 100.000 EUR in profit in 2 months using combination of Google and Facebook Ads. Why it works the best? Because as they are both algorithmic, one "informs the other" - meaning, if you are just getting started you need to train the pixel / machine learning model. We start with MOFU campaigns on both platforms to gain traction and then scale using our unique model for testing, optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Result

The result of this approach is a robust campaign structure on both platforms, where you can easily switch budgets towards campaigns that fuel growth, but, you have to be aware that to scale beyond, you need to have all of the campaign types, only, you have to manage them carefully to bring users down the pipeline.
